It was once already discussed and decided to be added with an upcoming new class so called 'Hacker'. I would also like to point out that radio should not be disabled for cops since they're already so powerless. It should only be disabled for SWAT and Army since they've got somewhat nice tactics/skills and communication level.

I'd give this a +1 but currently cops aren't even good anymore that we need to add this, however for SWAT/Army this can be added.

what if some cop will give you information that this criminal in this shop so you can go there ?

Smells good im +1 on this and why not at some specific time like in night times where criminals can hack the systems and disallow leos to get access from some things and the stuffs that you suggested.

It will not be that useful because the Leo's can always locate anyone with the /loc command. The only benefit I see is that the criminals will be able to rob more shops because the robbery message won't appear in their main screen if they jam their radio.
But then they can see the server notification stating "XYZ robbed 12345$ from Idlewood Pizza" so eventually they will know who robbed which shop and where.
It can be useful when it works on not showing the notification for robbing and raping of individual players. Since the server doesn't show any message/notification about who robbed and raped which player only then jamming the radio of Leo's for this purpose can be useful.

Why should it be accepted:
This suggestion has been accepted in the past and i heard devs are working on it not really sure but i read some where cxdur asking for some specific idea so il post my idea below.

Ability to disable leo dispatcher:

In the above image we can see a system the hacker will be coming inside lspd and uses his skill to access the system once the hacker is success full the police dispatcher will be disabled for 20 minutes irl time and the cooldown should be around 20-30mins.
along with that the prisoners who have been arrested and are in lspd jail will have more opportunity to escape suppose the current system is like 50% chances once the hacker plants virus on the system the prisoners must get chances upto 80%.

For the animation it must take around 30-40 seconds to plant virus just like the bar we get while robbing while planting the player must gain some wanted level there maybe a chance of failure 70% success rate 30% failure rate.

Although the chances are written in Criminals favours but I'll go with +1 because besides that, the system is well explained. Only chances and cooldown requires a change in this suggestion which will probably be later decided by the Senior Administration team.
