You need to improve your attitude although you got good set of skills but your attitude is the main part which is observed by the group staff. I have seen yoou abusing bugs, breaking rules, etc.
But i didn't reported you somehow unfortunately i was not able to gather some proofs.
In short, you should WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE
