The problem is, people do it and just use the excuse saying that they did it "accidentally"

Poorly enforced. Even the Admins do it to reset their aim when they mis-switch to deagle.

Can this please be implemented as soon as possible since its a clear C bug, in DM servers(DM servers in which C bug isnt allowed) when you do this, you get frozen and a message appears on screen stating C bug isn't allowed, which means it is C bug, which is not allowed, yet allowed here???

I have seen from recent duelling videos posted in the bar section that the players were miss switching to Deagle after 4 shots with swan-off if the enemy player is low or haven't died from 4 shots on purpose so I would go with +1 with this suggestion to disallow the usage of C if miss-switched.
