Suggestion headline: Allow TOs and WOs to conduct faction tests in a virtual world.
Importance of suggestion: 7/10
Why should it be accepted: Testing applicants for both SWAT and Army has become a burden as testers cannot conduct faction tests without at least being interrupted (and thus delayed) more than once. The suggestion calls for testers to be able to conduct faction tests in a virtual environment in the absence of any potential disruptors. This way not only can tests become far more reliable and depict the true image of an applicant's skills due to the creation of an environment where maximum performance is encouraged, but they can also become far more time-efficient.

I am aware a similar suggestion has been previously denied over fears the feature would be abused but any abuse of the feature would probably be an isolated incident that would be dealt with accordingly. Also, people not trusted to use server features sensibly should not be appointed TOs/WOs in the first place.

Let me know what you think.
Why only faction testers do group testers have no importance at all ??
Having a virtual world for testers and applicants can cause a lot of problems if group testers have to go through disrupts faction testers/applicants must go through the same not everything should be easy
Simply put, in my opinion, the likelyhood of official group testers abusing the feature is a lot higher than factions. Nevertheless, official groups are mostly cophunt based, which means neither player is wanted until a duel, which can be conducted in a safe environment.

Factions on the other hand, have multiple places where this suggestion could be useful. I had my car shot up by wanteds a couple times during my test, my tester was arrested and killed more than a few times. And I've also seen multiple people hunt an applicant just in the rules section of the test.

This is a great suggestion and I'm positive with it.

If group testers are also allowed to take tests in virtual world then I'm Positive because not only the tests of factions are interrupted by players, group tests are interrupted too. I remember I was taking shooting test of someone where swat came and dragged both of us , the tester and the applicant even after being told that it's a test.

Factions uphold far higher standards for their staff than groups. Yours might not abuse it, but other groups (we all know which ones) have staff members with a history of rule violations.

Groups shouldn’t have it unless they’re supervised and approved.

+1 For faction since it is more official and requires precise and uninterrupted testing process, and not for groups simply as others have explained, some groups are led by very untrustworthy people who might abuse it, whereas that abuse is far less likely to happen in official faction due to selection of only trusted members who are allowed to test in the first place.

Doesn't make it unfair because most of the group staff aren't even that experienced and as Robin stated earlier, most of the official group staff have a history of breaking rules. You can't trust someone with the power they shouldn't possess. Faction staff are constantly under the supervision of the Supreme command because factions are a part of the server, that's not the case with groups. Group staff are supervised by their respective owners/leaders and they might break the rules too, who knows?

How about we make the feature purchasable for the groups? If they're paying for something they'll think twice before abusing it because it can be taken from them in that case.

The reason why factions have a harder time testing applicants is because factions require the applicant to be in cop skin whilst giving the test. If we do a side by side comparison, SWAT has 4 parts in the test and Army has 5. SWAT (rules, driving, speed of commands, shooting). Army(rules, driving, flying, shooting, speed of commands). When we pick the applicant up for the test, he is in cop skin, now as we know cophunt is allowed, and in this server people prefer to hunt cops rather than robbing shops, so everyone basically /loc's all cops present in the server and tries to kill the cops. Your applicant is a cop too, so they will attack your applicant to. Let me explain why groups don't face this problem,
Groups are 90+% criminal based, so your applicant is also in a civilian skin. Cops do not hunt civilians, neither do criminals hunt civilians. When you are doing rules, your applicant is a civilian, no one will hunt him. When you are doing driving, he is still a civilian and no one will hunt him. The only problem is shooting when he has to get wanted. Shooting has 2 parts, sawnoff and M4, sawnoff can be done inside fight club without any problem. So actually the only problem is M4.
But for the factions, the whole test is a problem, while doing rules, he's a cop, can be hunted. The most frustrating, when you are doing driving part and some cophunters shoot your applicant, in SOC sometimes they will come and kill him. Both, factions and groups have the same situation in shooting, no problem there. That is why if it were to be implemented, factions should be the main priority and not groups.
