You're not getting it, Pagati was never supposed to be a criminal faction. Idk why and who turned it into a criminal faction, but I'm sure it was to encourage criminal activity within the server, not that you all come here and ask for exclusive features. It shouldn’t even exist if it’s not roleplaying. There are already numerous criminal groups, and by making Pagati a criminal faction, they’ve made the groups and their owners insignificant, who actually paid for that feature. Saying 'I have to obey seniors because they own it' is such a weird thing to say, like the group owners don’t? lmfao, if they’re told not to move their base or do anything, they can’t overrule it either; they obey seniors just like you do

Pagati should only be considered a faction if it’s roleplaying, and it can have all the exclusive features related to roleplay but when it comes to CNR stuff, you’d have to take all the groups with you too, and basically come up with something that benefits all, not just your 'faction,' cause it's an 'official faction' like Army and Swat

While yes, everyone has to obey seniors, you're misunderstanding. See, it was the senior staff who made Pagati CNR with V10. I had no actual say in it, they just did it. Now, at the time, groups had all their racks removed, meaning only we had guns and drugs. However, group owners whined, so they got their racks back and us? We have yet to get anything. But you're being an immature fool to say we shouldn't have exclusive features. Swat and Army both are factions and have exclusive features groups like LSPDU and Spetsnaz (both LEO groups) don't get. So why should Pagati, a faction as well, not get exclusive features Hooligans and Blackouts (Both criminals groups) dont get?

You're entire argument loses all credibility when you realise people PAID for Spetsnaz and LSPDU, and they didn't get exclusives like Swat and Army, so why should people who PAID for Hooligans and Blackouts be given the same shit as Pagati? Pagati should be specialized to be better than groups, just like Swat and Army are better than LSPDU and Spetsnaz

Pagati is not supposed to be a counterpart of SWAT/Army. They are supposed to serve other groups by supplying drugs and such. You already get a lot of incentives, which include placing hits, removing wanted levels, unlimited weapons/drugs, etc. I'd suggest you to not expect a lot, the devs would never grant you things like RPG, tank etc since this would completely ruin the balance in the game.

As for the suggestion, I like the idea, but since it is intended to be a bit sneaky, like real-life hitmen, when using the command, Pagati members should only be allowed to use sniper and Desert Eagle to keep the change balanced and realistic at the same time.

The fact you stated this as your reply shows you've either not read my replies, or did not comprehend them. Either way, it makes me question your capable as staff if you think that's at all what was requested. At no point did we or would we request a tank. What we are requesting is commands and abilities to better serve the task at hand. You're ability to contradict yourself is also quite disturbing.

The LSPD, as well as the groups LSPDU and Spetsnaz, rely on SWAT and Army when they need help. That means, by basic fucking logic, that when Hooligans or Blackouts need help, they rely on Pagati. Meaning we need to be as specialized as Swat and Army. The fact you do not see that as "a counterpart" shows a lack of critical thinking.

I can assure you that there is no way the seniors would provide you with items like molotovs, satchels, or RPGs, as these do not make sense in the context of Pagati and would ruin the gameplay. Just because you cannot take down a hit contract doesn't mean they will provide you with rockets. The army gets rockets, tanks, etc., but their access is limited by many rules, which make their usage very rare in normal scenarios. People usually resort to normal gunplay to take down suspects.

I mentioned earlier that I like the suggestion, but it should be governed by certain limitations, which I outlined previously. Just because you are frustrated that your members cannot take down hits doesn't mean you should cry over every little thing. Also, because I refused to make an "agreement" with Pagati in exchange for Pagati "trainings" doesn't mean I showed hate towards Pagati. Also, to mention, I rarely find any Hooligan/Blackouts members asking for help from Pagati to take someone down. Even if they do, I feel you already have enough resources like unlimited weapons, drugs, and cars. What else do you want? A Hydra?

Coming back to the topic, Hooligans and Blackouts don’t need your help, except for the drugs; that’s the only way you’re useful to them. No criminal group teams up with others the way Swat, Army, and Cops do

You need to get the purpose LSPDU and Spetsnaz serve. Let’s put LSPDU aside for a sec. Me being the guy who made Spetsnaz, I’m sure it’s still running for the same purpose. Nothing's changed since I left. It was always meant to accommodate cops/army/swat/mechs by giving them cars, items, weapons, and a small spawn point to restock gear, not to be their counterpart or superior. LSPDU is basically the same. Also, both LSPDU and Spetsnaz are toggle-groups like Durcrew and Absynth are, so bringing them into this argument is kinda useless imo. You don’t spawn there and pick different classes. Swat and Army still spawn at their bases, but they can use Spetsnaz and LSPDU to grab cars, weapons, and items when needed

But yeah, Pagati still uses a class that everyone else has access to. I’m all for improving it, tho I feel like it should’ve never been a criminal faction in the first place. But if it is, I’d say restrict the hitmen class to Pagati only. Since Pagati is a criminal and roleplay faction, I’m good with that suggestion from mockery where he said to make it realistic, give them hide markers command but with an extra rule where they can only use deagle and sniper, just to keep it realistic and stay true to the roleplay vibe

Satchels actually would make sense, as from a mafia perspective setting bombs/traps is entirely the thing they would do.

I'm not frustrated Pagati members can't claim hits, because they 100% can and do. The frustration comes from how Swat and Army have long reaching custom items, commands, and so on to make the gameplay much harder on criminals. As the faction who's supposed to be the official criminal faction, my belief is we should have similar devices to help level the playing field. We don't need a hydra or rhino. We don't want a hydra or rhino. What we need is some form of way to balance the gameplay when swat and army are online en masse. Handling one swat is easy for us, or one army. But having 5-6 army with only two of us and two criminals makes for an incredibly unbalanced gameplay. The server has been suffering significant problems lately of there being WAY TOO MANY DAMN LEOS and zero wanted. When half the server is cops, and no one is wanted, that makes for very unfun gameplay. Anyone who even tries to get wanted is immediately torn apart. Part of our duties are to assist groups. We offer drugs yes, but we also do wanted level removal, emergency extractions, cophunt support, and so on. But all we have is "free guns" the same as the LSPD. Once army or swat gets into it, we are outgunned. Severely so. Because of this, we cannot provide the support for groups as needed, nor can we help ensure the balance of the server. When LEO activity is so high no one can play the game, Pagati should be stepping up as the 'criminal faction' to balance it out, but we don't have the means to do so. As such, we're looking into suggesting simple commands we can use that will help give us a fighting chance. Satchels to toss from a car is a small step, it could help remove swat chasing us. what would be better would be spike traps, or some way to match swat in firepower. As far as army, it's really down to who has the better fighters, but tell me how it's fair swat vehicles have extra health, army has a damn tank, and all we have is "free guns". Ultimately, nothing sets us apart from basic groups, and as a faction that creates a problem. We should be better equipped for our duties, and not on the same playing field as groups.

Your argument about Army and SWAT having special perks is invalid, you are requesting a hide command to take down players with hit contracts while comparing Army and SWAT to Pagati, even though neither Army nor SWAT can use their commands, items or perks against Hitmen or Pagati, you claim you need the hide command to counter the Army and SWAT, which is an invalid and weak excuse, as we can NOT use our commands/items/perks against Hitmen anyway. If this command somehow gets implemented for Pagati, you would be the one with the advantage.

I suggest adding hide command for players holding hit contracts. Maybe /contracthide so I actually stand equal chance versus hidden pagati hitmen. Thank you very much.

Yes, your faction will simply have a strategic unrighteous way to execute hit contracts because instead of getting good at the game to attempt to claim hit contracts in a fair way, you would rather want unjust gameplay when playing your faction. Well done, rookie. Nice way of thinking. I suggest that you get good at the game before you start throwing unrealistic and unjust ideas to comfort your gameplay.

To those saying no to being completely invisible on the map, what if they just went invisible to players with hit contracts on them? Or changing their player marker on the map white?

Have you even ever played the game holding a hit contract? You do realise that when you play on your own with a hit contract, there is a possibility that multiple hitmen can simply go after you and team on you over and over until claimed or expired, and you want this brown faction to have another source of unjust ability in their gameplay? Nice thinking from a staff member.

Clearly Mockery, Cover and Kawish are only rational players here.
