Yeye these these army officers jump into a fight and arrest taking advantage of the system even when a suspect is already in a fight they start arresting ive been a victim so i do know it and whiskey clearly denied the suggestion too regarding ability to shock armys you guys just consider such suggestions which has a greater impact on the actual game though army members find it good ofc they will they got an advantage that is an ability to cuff if your losing a fight or not thats what they do not everyone does but some do there should be a rule ot something which should restrict army officers in constantly arresting or targeting same person to arrest
