While we are always trying to find ways to spread the workload and make things easier for everyone, it is still a lot of work and a lot of stress. That's when being a leader of an awesome team isn't as fun anymore, it turns into labor. My original rank system which we adapted in 2013 was made so it can support a lot of members, everything under 40 was actually not enough for us to function properly. In 2014 that system had undergone 2 changes making it a lot of faster and simpler. The new changes gave CPTs special duties which means they help the Coms a lot = even more members can be managed. I don't think managing up to 100 people would be any problem if the Staff was actually active and doing their duties.
That's why I'm trying to find a solution here, take what I've said for a grain of salt. Everything is always changing, especially if it means this idea being altered in the future!

I think you're just saying that to make the 'system' look good, and in all honesty I think it would be (with all due respect) a complete cluster fuck. There haven't been 100 members in order for this statement to hold any truth, so I'm not about to hop on any bandwagon until I see exactly what you're trying to sell to me.

If we get more members in the team and the Commanders can't keep up you just delegate more power (duties) to Captains. They are not actual Commanders but when it comes to managing the team there practically isn't a difference. The more members we have the more Captains you can recruit. Back in the day Ger and I had no problem managing a 50 men team, everybody was actually complimenting us for fast management. Now we have 3 Commanders + 3 Captains.*Sunday* wrote:I don't think managing up to 100 people would be any problem if the Staff was actually active and doing their duties.I couldn't disagree more.
