Reason: Hello, It's me RockingJohnson and my real name is Abdul Rehman, I like to apply for Blackouts just because I got many friends in the same group, The members are skilled have great attitude. I'm not too much skilled and thats the reason i like to join and increase my skills while being with your members. The base is cool and amazing with great location, I hope I will get accepted and kill the law enforcers with you guys. 8-)

Before The boss accepts/deny you, you will be tested in-game,Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about blackouts rules and driving/shooting/crime skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied.

You can be tested by one of the following Recruiter:

Eternity

Ackman
Criminal
Bassel

After you've successfully passed the test, the members will start voting on your application. Once there are enough votes then The boss will wether Accept or Deny you.
