Importance of suggestion: 8/10
Why should it be accepted: It should be accepted because as every players want to speak native language but it isnt allowed on main chat. But all players can use this commands to see their country players . This will enhance game-play.
i know this will be tough if it will be implied but still its good . Players can easily talk to their country members and newbies can easily learn rules if they will be talking to their country mates!
If you enable it, you're free to view everyone else online that has it also enabled.
If you disable it, you don't be able to view others but you also don't be listed.

There are some newbie players who dont know english so they can check their respective country's player and can talk to them easily. Good one.

This is a great suggestion!
Many time we've had newbies that couldn't understand English but others languages, and some couldn't talk to them. By having /cmates, people are able to view who are in their country and can PM them for any help they need.

Also a side suggestions I've got...
Players should be able to see people in their country even when these people are offline, but it shouldn't show on the main list. For example, lets say your country is America. You should be able to view Americans that are online/offline, incase you need help from them in any such thing.

This is useless, why would it matter who lives in what country? If the players in question chooses to give you that information then that’s to their discretion, yes there’s an option to turn it off but still it’s not in anyway need.

This does not help the server in any cause and currently devs are currently busy.

For players who are new to the server this command will be helpful and especially for those who dont know english properly. They can easily talk to their native players

But when coming on this server you’d need to know basic English, a lot of those people who spam the chat with other languages understand what they are doing, they even start trying to insult players in that language or saying “I don’t speak English” which is a tell tale sign that they understood properly. So still it will be useless because those players aren’t as innocent as they claim they are and it really won’t help anyone except for people who are bias towards certain countries and want to treat those people differently then they do everyone else. So this has more of a chance of having a negative impact because of that. For an example a player ingame a few months ago hated anyone who came from India, he would bait those players into admitting that they were from that country and then constantly harassed those people over some stupid bias he held towards for them living in that country, this guy was a ban evader and hacked constantly, when he used mods against players it was mainly towards Indians, this is all this will cause.
