Graphic card issue

In my opinion, you should update all the drivers related to graphics and stuff. Check the card after doing this. If the flickering thing still happens, then take your card to a computer shop or at your friends house and check the card there. By checking, I mean if the card works fine there or not. If it does work fine, then your hardware is having problems with the card, but if it doesn't and starts to flicker. Then your card have some problem in it.

Is there any free update drivers program? because when i installed the graphic card it was working perfectly after then suddenly in 2-3 days it started to flicker and i researched on google and one person said "try to update your driver, with this link". So i downloaded the program he told me to do and it came up error on "screen monitor pnp" and "asus radeon 7770" i tired to update it but it says "The best driver software for your device is already installed." So i don't know what to do now.

You have the latest driver, that's what it means. You don't need to update them because that's clearly not the issue. Try re-seating your GPU on your motherboard. Make sure that you hear a clicking noise of the card locking into the slot. After you've done that, screw in the bracket on the back of the GPU to your case and plug in the PSU cables.

Also, try re-seating your RAM sticks.

I tried everything from cleaning the ram and connecting and reconnecting the GPU.

If it's a CRT remove magnetic objects from your desk. If that's not the issue, then search your monitors model number on Google and research what it's refresh rate is. I know you tried playing with the refresh rate earlier, but bear with me. Just find out what your monitor's actual refresh rate is, go into Catalyst Control Center > Desktop Management > Desktop Properties > Refresh Rate > (select your monitor's refresh rate) > Click Apply.

I've a hp 2211x Screen monitor.

Also I tried it on my other computer plus another screen monitor and It's still the same issue with the blank screen. So it has to be the graphic card.

It must be your graphics card or its model... try changing your graphics card (like buying a new one...).

I had this problem, I changed my cable and it fixed.
Well my problem caused because of vga cable. I unplugged VGA and plugged a DVI cable then it worked pretty fine.
I tried it several times, When I plug in the VGA cable my monitor will flicker.
About resolution, I'm using the (recommended) one which is 1440*900 (The best resolution my monitor can support).
Refresh rate is 75 hertz (Highest rate my monitor and GPU support).

Auto, it couldn't be my monitor because i've tried it with another screen but still having the same issue.
