Why is that suggestiom "shitty" in the first place? Criminals are not supposed to disappear just like that while being chased and then come back. That's an abuse. As long as you decide to commit a crime you should also cope with the fact that you will get killed or arrested sooner or later. Imagine every single criminal doing that, leaving while being chased, then coming back. LEOs would be rendered useless. That's not how a CnR server should work.

In addition to that, we are already working on improving criminals' gameplay and encouraging them to commit more crimes. Expect some changes in the future. We are doing our best.

Now that we're talking about server rules and their abusing, i'd like to point out on different similar rule that gets quite often abused as well. I read that players are allowed to sit on passenger seat over and over again when being wanted as long as they don't engage the opponent. Earlier, I went to 2500 score player who I fought and got him very low when then he decided to use his NRG's passenger seat over and over again to avoid being shot down when then he also decided to shock me over and over when he was sitting off and on continually when then I was not even able to damage him or approach him. I was then disadvantaged and couldn't do anything whatsoever since when you are under shock, others can shoot you a second later. Yes, I probably could have tazed that guy but it wouldn't matter because I also had to make a perfect timing as he kept sitting onto his bike. if players are free to use passenger seat, why not actually making it equal where you could damage those who are performing enter animation in any vehicle.

EDIT: I can actually make a video of how damaging other players who are entering vehicle looks like. It's quite simple and actually better because as soon as you have that enabled, there won't come to any disadvantage at all to those who are attacking someone who decided to enter any vehicle. It'll actually disadvantage those who attempt to go for any vehicle, let's say for example, for an escape.

There should be a Radius that if a player /q in that radius , he get auto-jailed if he joins under 30 mints. Now players will say that what if a player have to leave urgently. If that player have to leave urgently then why he would join under 30 mints or if the problem isn't that serious and he can join under 30 mints then he should let that law enforcement agent arrest or kill him. That rule should only be implemented for those who /q ( leave ) the server not for those who get timeout.

We recently updated this rule and now criminals are not allowed to leave the server while being chased and then come back within 30 mins (in the past this rule only applied to cuffed/tazed criminals). If someone gets reported for that and the proofs are solid, we can easily issue official warnings and possibly bans, if it happens continuously.

However it's really hard to prove someone broke a rule like this (same with invalid hits etc). You need to record 24/7. As someone who always plays as a cop, I have experienced it myself a thousand times. I understand it can be very frustrating and annoying,

What we can possibly do is to implement a system like this: Players get auto-warned if they leave the server whilst cuffed/tazed and then come back within 30 minutes. First 2 times it can be just an auto-jail, then auto-jail plus a warning. Basically how anti-dm system works. But the thing is, sometimes players lag, their games crash etc, so issuing a warning to their account might not always be a good idea (supposing warnings are also issued by the server and not by an admin to judge the whole situation).
This should be for leaving, because some times you get tazed and timeout and u get jailed, possibility of getting a warning by mistake exists.

Hi just to add on: I recorded my gameplay for about 20 minutes and within 20 minutes I saw 4 q evaders.

Okay add more strict rules on the matter sure but if this is going to happen then make a rule where cops/swat and army can’t leave while taking damage from a criminal or being within close proximity of a criminal since the cops will often use this tactic to insure their K/D isn’t affect and it makes no sense that a cop just randomly disappears the second his health goes down to only 25% remaining so even the playing field if the rules are going to be enforced at all.
