At least the hitman class is active now, and by now I mean only when is dollarman online. Hits are very rarely placed anyway (exception when is $man online), and the only way to get a hit is if you 'hurt' someone, so simply be a good citizen and you won't have problems with receiving hit. Implement 15 minute cooldown and hitman activity will be 0 again. -1
